We needed a reliable car for a weekend getaway and enterprise was there for us. We have rented before with the same location and were happy with them so there was no question about which company we would use.

I've always used my own insurance and not their vehicle coverage. After being quoted a certain price, when I returned the car a day early I was told I owed $198.00 ( for 4 days!) When I questioned this they said " well you initialled the line that states accepting their coverage. I think this was a mistake/ misunderstanding and 2 different ppl that I talked to about this were very adamant that I opted for their $16.00 a day liability coverage. I have been an Enterprise customer for YEARS, even a rewards member! Never had a problem before.
Yes; My entire experience with this car rental company ( ENTERPRISE ) RENT-A-CAR was a TOTAL POSITIVE one.

We dealt with Chris and Zach with this rental. They were both kind, helpful and professional. They took time to explain all the little "extras" the car had, made sure we understood everything before we drove off the lot.
Upon returning the car Monday morning, I was in a bit of a hurry as I had to be to work by 8am. 730 Enterprise doors were open and Chris and Zach were there ready to help again! I return the car and got to work in plenty of time!
