Customer service was terrible this evening. I arrived at 4:20, there was approximately only 6 other customers in the store at the time. I was not greeted by any employees when I entered. I had 5 dresses in my hands to try on, I attempted to contact an employee to use a fitting room but they continued to walk away. My boyfriend and I ultimately put the clothes away (totaling at least $100) and walked out empty handed. Rue 21 is one of my favorite stores but I doubt I will return to this location again.
