Thought wrong even if you have item with tags still on them you cannot exchange at Sears without a receipt.

Poor return policy. My wife and I bought a Chicago Bulls shirt last week for our grandson and shirt did not fit so we looked for the receipt but could not find it. We thought being that we were going to just exchange it and all of tags were still on it that it would not be a problem?
Not very crowded. Has most tools I need. Decent selection of Outdoor power equipment parts.
