I do not reccomend that anyone rent tuxedos from here. Since my groom's tux was free, I told our best man and my father to go here for their tuxedos because we wanted them to all have the same tux. When they came in, the groom had a different shirt than we ordered. None of their shoes fit either. We recieved different shoes that were an entirely different style than the shoe they tried on. My father's tuxedo had an issue with his buttons that made his tux completely unwearable. My father and the lady that measured him agreed on a size. She wrote down a size that was a LOT bigger. The best man never recieved cuff links like the other two men had recieved. When I brought this to an employee's attention when I had returned the tuxes, she spoke very poorly to me and kept interrupting me. She went to get an owner who instantly had an attitude when I told her that I was not satisfied at all with my tuxedo rentals. She was completely unapologetic.

Service is spectaular!! We walked in with no appointment and received top notch attention. Owner takes great pride in what she does and the entire team makes you feel like the only one in the store. Prices were AMAZING too!! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!
NOT EVEN ONE STAR!! You mistreated my plus size daughter so bad she walked out and left the dressing room a mess on purpose. You had no time for her, told her they don't make dresses that big, spent all your time on the one other customer (size 2), and made her cry. I have an will continue to tell everyone and anyone about this service. I had to restrain myself from coming over there!!! Shame on you!!! Beautiful comes in all sizes. The Pink Slip bent over backwards for her. Never have I ever experienced the kindness and warmth the gal there showed her. When we told them about your place. They apologized for you!!
We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this store! The selection is very good for a smaller business and they provide a great variety of products at reasonable prices. They also have tuxedo rentals and my son-in-law used Bliss for himself and his groomsmen. The staff is helpful, friendly and flexible. They really seem to understand the needs of a bride. My daughter felt special and that is so important. The women who does alterations is so talented and knowledgeable. She takes her time and her work is impeccable. Over all, a wonderful experience! We appreciate your superior service!
Do not get your tuxes here. Even if they offer a free groom's tuxedo with a dress purchase, just go to a place that only deals with tuxedos.
