The emoyees on the floor could be more friendly. The cashier was one of the friendliest that I've ever dealt with there.
Bought a rabbit hutch and waited for over 45 mins for them to find it and when they finally brought it out it was an open box. Was not offered anything for my wait. When I voiced my concern about the shape of the product I was told I could bring it back. When I voiced I lived an hour away they just kept saying it was fine.
Stopped in without an appointment for an oil change. They were able to get my car in right away. I also decided to have my front end checked out. The young man who was at the desk was also the tech who did the service. He was very pleasant and professional! It didn't seem like I was being 'taken for a ride'. I recommend Blain's, as I've had work done by them before!
