We had an excellent waitress, the food was great. I really enjoyed it. The restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere feeling. That was the Olive Garden in Bradley, IL
I love this place DELICIOUS FOOD AND DRINK'S AND GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND VERY KIND EMPLOYEES THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC
I would give Olive Garden more stars if it weren't for the table kiosk thing. We had difficulty trying to pay our bill as the machine kept telling us that our bill wasn't ready. We activated the"call your server" feature and we're completely ignored. Finally we just got up and went to the front desk. Then we got their attention. This wasn't the first time that we had difficulty with those machines. Now, I will avoid going to Olive Garden because there are so many other places that have kept the personal touch in customer service.
Derrick was amazing. We're pretty sure he's psychic because he always anticipated our needs with stunning accuracy. He should definitely get a raise.
Bad experience the other night, the food is good as well as service, but after we ate all five members of my family experienced bad stomach pains. We all had something different to eat except the bread sticks, so perhaps something in them made our stomachs hurt.
Slight problem with food, but it was immediately corrected and replaced. I was also given an extra soup to take home. Manager came to check on everything and was very nice.
