I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau letting them know the business practices of C.W. Clark and that he has caused more problems to my home then before he arrived. I also informed them after flooding my basement he charged me with an outrageous bill.
Chris Clark was called out to our home to inspect a sump pump that was working and routed out through our back yard about 50 feet away. Chris came to my home and proceeded to use a saw and cut through the 2 inch pipe ejecting water from my home. He then put a 90% degree angle fitting on the pipe and pointed it towards the side of my home towards my neighbors house without my neighbors permission! Chris then left after being there only fifteen minutes. Well Mr. Clark DID NOT glue the connection he made and after an hour the connection came apart and flooded my basement and my neighbors basement. When I called Mr. Clark he was very arrogant on the phone and unsympathetic saying it was not his fault. If it's not the fault of the guy who cut the pipe and put a fitting on that he did not glue.... then who's fault was it Mr. Clark? I am not a plumber and the very reason reason I called C.W. Clark in the first place was because he was supposed to be a professional!
Chris Clark is rude, arrogant, unprofessional and clearly does not know what he was doing!
Mr Clark came out to our home after we had flooding in our basement. He was there about 10-15 minutes, and decided to redirect one of our sump pumps to the side of our house rather than the back. This caused both our basement plus our neighbor's garage to flood again. We reported this to Mr Clark and he proceeded to refuse to take any responsibility for the poor outcome, and still sent us a bill for over $100 for the "work" he did at our home. My husband tried to speak with him via phone over it, and he called us "cheap" and said we were just trying to avoid paying our bill. I would not recommend him to anyone.
He said I better pay his bill on time or he would be charging me a late fee and that he would be sending it to collections.
