Food was ok but took forever to get it the manager on duty was moving fast but front line was not and was not aware of products that were available to the customers
Absolutely sucked worst service ever took forever to get food and tried to kick us out of dinning room because we were there past 10 even tho we got there at 9:20 and waited for our food for 40 minutes
I think i go here too often. Keep telling myself to change up. But my schedule is tight and service is usually fast. That along with the good attitude of the workers keeps me coming back.
I went to the wendy's on William Latham drive in Bourbonnais and was very disappointed with the service. I arrived at 4:18 pm with two cars ahead of me in the drive through and did not receive my order until 4:30 pm. To make things worse the car ahead of me was told to wait until placing order and two minutes later they were allowed to place their order. I then pulled up and was also asked to please wait and it was also two minutes before someone came on the speaker stating I could now place my order. When I got to the window I asked for the manager and his name was Kenny. I explained their was two cars ahead of me and it took 12 minutes before I received my order. Kenny in my opinion was rude and stated I doubt it took that long what do you want a refund. I told Kenny that I did not want a refund but was only telling him of their poor service. I also told Kenny that my sister was the HR director and I was going to inform her of my service. It is a shame because once at the drive through window I noticed there was NO one at the inside counter so I could not justify it by being busy. I doubt anything will come of this and Kenny will continue to be a less than satisfactory employee. All I can say is don't forget who pays the bills and it is the customers. Wish I could have given a half a star.
