I will never shop at this store again. I went to buy a shoe cleaner and one of the associates convinced me to buy a different kind than what I usually get. The cleaner left marks and damaged my shoe and when I asked to exchange it they argued with me and told me its because I have cheap a** shoes. sorry Im not a tool and pay $300 for a pair of overpriced Jordan's. The other cleaner I usually buy never did that to my shoes. they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service.
This lady said me and my friends can't come in unless we buy something because there are cameras that monitor how many people come in and out and we need to buy something because of it.
Terrible communication skills and service. They over price every shoe in there store. You could buy it more cheaper in the official footlocker website.
