What can I say here about the owner, Bill. I've not said everywhere else. Bill runs the perfect business..Great customer service, quote before work. Will explain in depth detail of work being done. Fixes it right!! You're safe to hit the road.....but, if you yourself chose a lesser route than Bill laid out for you. Bill will still help you. But it may coat a little extra. Because you chose the easy way, not Bills recommended way. Bottom line...Bill is......fair....honest....and friendly!!
I dropped of my car for a front end inspection and received grade A service from start to finish. The associates were all extremely helpful and informative. We decided not to go forward with the work on the car, but would have had it done here if we had.
I have been taking our cars there exclusively since 1997 when we moved to the area. Paul owned it at the time, and Bill Patraius bought it app. 10 years ago. They do all levels of automotive work. The do high quality work at reasonable prices. You will see the proof in this when you go there, and see the number of cars waiting to be worked on. Bill has a large clientele that keep coming back.
