Not one single STAR is deserving of these CLOWNS! I took my car to the SEARS Auto Center in Bourbonnais, Illinois for the Road Trip Service Package yesterday. This $130 package includes an Oil Change, Air Filter Change, Wheel Alignment & rotation. Tiger, the so-called "Manager with 35 years auto repair experience" was the MOST CONFUSED and INCOMPETENT person I've ever encountered at a Sears Auto Center. On top of his incompetence I was kept waiting 45 minutes while he chit-chatted with the one and only customer before me, then another 20 minutes after starting my order to talk to another customer who came to pick up his car. After more than 4 hours of shopping, eating lunch and hanging in the mall I never got a call advising my car was ready. So I went to check on my car to find that it was ready for how long I don't know. After paying and hitting the road something told to check my dash to see if my oil had been changed, MY OIL WAS STILL AT 20%. Obviously these FOOLS had not touched my oil and I'm concerned that I didn't get any of the service I paid for as my trunk was undisturbed. Tiger did mention he personally replaced my Air Filter. I am a loyal, frequent and very satisfied SEARS Auto Center Customer in Decatur, Georgia. I laud their honesty, fair pricing and excellent service. This was the worst, experience I've ever encountered at SEARS Auto Center and WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS ONE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. My entire day was wasted and I'm taking my car elsewhere to verify if I got the service I paid for from these CLOWNS. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER!!!!
