when taking in my car for a oil change, and getting information about other repairs they told me my belt tensioner was bad. However the belt tensioner itself was fine.... The pulley and bearing were not a 20$ part. They told me it was 200+ and labor to fix it. (previously they said it was the alternator.) I said no thanks and drove it home. later it did fail as I thought, but I fixed it myself. Take what they say with a grain of salt and get a second opinion.
I take my work van there and my personal vehicles there...Never had a issue and they are quick to get it in...Keep up the great customer service..
