When asked about medication, telling her I was in a musical this weekend, she said, "I can't chage how I practice medicine because of your social schedule." Whether or not she felt she could prescribe me anything, there is no reason for that kind of attitude towards a patient.
Had a wonderful experience with the Nurse Practitioner. My son had his sports physical done by Katie. Her exam was far more detailed then his pediatricians exam. I ended up bringing my daughter back to see her for a ear infection. She has suffered from chronic ear infections and hates going to the doctor. Katie was so good with her. Very patient and kid friendly, my daughter loved her! She provided us with a lot of education. I was very pleased with this location and the Nurse Practitioner.
In all fairness, I've been here before, saw a different doctor/nurse practitioner, and the experience was normal. Will not be going back.
I had a horrible experience this morning with Dr. Kasper. She didn't listen to my symptoms and her tone was condescending -- she almost looked like she roller her eyes at me at one point.
Katie Kasper was wonderful and took great care and attention with my daughter who was home for the weekend from college and needed medical care. The front desk check in was efficient and friendly and overall experience was great. I highly recommend this Riverside Fast Care facility and wish Katie was available to be our PCP.
Stopped in with my son who had a rash around his ear indicating for sure an ear infection! Turned away at 4:05 because they were "too busy" but there was NO ONE WAITING! Lady working was so incredibly rude and said other patients would take until 5:00. How can she tell?? No one was even waiting. Son was in tears! Thanks for NOTHING!!! Headed to the ER so my poor guy can start meds tonight. Will NEVER try to come to this place again. What a disgrace!
Katie Kasper was very professional and did a great job. Instructions for medications were reviewed. Wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday. Thank you for taking care of me
