Doctor was very nice and caring but the receptionist there were very rude. Would not do there job properly. Would not let me talk to the doctor after I requested a fax to another office after a procedure I had the other day. Since I was having symptoms all she was we never heard anyone not being able to walk from that so we'll call back later.
Being a military family, our options for OB care are extremely limited this far out from a base. My wife has used this office before for prenatal care. This office manager refused to let my pregnant wife even check in and said we were coming up as ineligible in the tricare system. Turns out they were incorrectly looking up information. Called tricare and got it straightened out and my wife tried to make another appointment. The office manager said we needed a referral from a primary care dr in order to even make an appointment. I knew this was untrue because we had already made an appointment for the day before. Called tricare again and they said absolutely you did not need a referral for prenatal care. Called back again and was told by the snotty receptionist I needed a referral. I informed her tricare said to call them to verify we don't. She placed me on hold and came back and said "I'm sorry my manager says we aren't accepting any new patients at this time." It is clearly evident they did not want to deal with the correct way of processing military insurance which they accept. We have had a child through the same office before and now with this manager she clearly did not want to deal with our insurance because she could never process it correctly, in the past we would have repeated denied claims due to incorrect billing. Save yourself a hassle and do not ever go to this office, I have never had so much trouble trying to get a pregnant woman to be able to even check in to a drs office. It is ashame because the reason I would give them even 1 star is the doctors and practitioners are very friendly, it is the unfriendly and unprofessional office staff that makes this office get 0 stars.
Recently had late day appointment. Staff was polite. Dr Kim was great, had a few laughs, oddly enough. The assistant, I believe her name was Jessica, was very personable. Will return and suggest to others.
