This BestBuy store is the best managed store of all of the ones I have visited over the years. The employees do a great job, are very, very knowledgeable, and always helpful.
Policy with them pickup on line orders don't agree with to a point wife ordered something there under my account with Best buy because my name was not on there for pick up had to go thru the hassle of my wife redoing pickup status and the employee there Mike front end supervisor should get some customer service skills will never shop at this store again.
We had an EXCELLENT experience at this store...from the moment we walked in, the store manager Frank assisted us and then handed us off to Rick Martin, who was fabulous! He really went above and beyond to explain all of the new TV features and answer all of my husband's questions and did I mention it was on Black Friday! He still took the time to help us and in the end, we purchased 3 TV's that we are very happy with. You can tell that the employees work together and get along and it was nice to see. Thanks again Rick Martin, you're the best!
Great place! Gotta love electronics! =) Employees are okay; knowledgeable if you need anything. Overall, you know what you're getting from a Best Buy.
