Brought in a machine for diagnostic on a Friday, they asked if it was okay to look at on Monday and now it is 6 weeks later and they never called or looked at the machine??? Their hours stink for a guy like me who works in Oakbrook.

terrible customer service told me I needed to replace the whole screen on my laptop when all it needed was the led light a $12 versus the 200 they wanted to charge to replace the screen worse place around double check before you buy
couldn't ever catch anyone there to help me with my computer or to arrange a drop off. Where in town can you just get a question answered or a computer looked at at a reasonable price without someone trying to sell me a newer computer or some upgrade I don't need.
Rod goes above and beyond for HIS customers. If you buy a piece of crap and expect him to make it work then you may be disappointed. I've been doing business with him since the 90's. ALWAYS been satisfied.NO VERY Happy
