I had a very bad experience in this Store. Was waited on by a young woman that was rude and condescending. Was interested in a plan for a Galaxy S7 edge. I saw at least 3 other Sales people standing around doing nothing she had to keep asking them questions which most of them did not know the answer. I left and went to Best Buy had a great experience there. Want to thank the Rude young lady because if she was not so rude I would not of went to best buy and had such a great experience. I got a 400 dollar gift card from Best Buy to boot. Please avoid this Verizon Store there are plenty of places to get a Verizon plan if that is what your looking for.
I left and went to an actual Verizon store, where I was treated with respect and completely taken care of. The help I needed wasn't an inconvenience for the employee. The employee was patient, knowledgeable and professional.
Very rude and unprofessional employee. He rolled his eyes at me, as soon as I explained what kind of help I needed. He told me, " I could do it myself." After a few more minutes of impolite and condescending remarks, I asked the employee if he wanted me to leave. He responded with, "You can if you want."
Awesome staff! Alli is amazing and the best help I've had in regard to customer service. Charlie is great as well. Well done guys!
Best Verizon store there is!! Steph is awesome & takes all the time you need for her to help you with every question or issue you need a hand with. Glad I don't have to go down to the Bradley location & deal with those ignorant people now that we have this new store to go to.
